Under a Wave

In a wave of tethered emotions I burrowed within each tidal overturn
and I came undone where warmth once held me.
A poet and a {muse}
 dance within a shadow of crashing waves
and it is here I drown
 in a sea of sorrow and light,
bind me along your facets of bleeding scars.

As I call upon your kiss
taken,
over a lifetime of many moonlit nights
and into raptured longing
I unfold into each ripple
over and over again.

Condemn me
to your mystic strength;
herein,
 my heart endures a captivating longing for you, my love.

Into a solitary night of colliding waves
falling under the moons illuminated gaze
and a galaxy full of celestials glow,
I fell into the grace of you.

Tame me, what it is to love you.

Grateful For...♥

...in no special order.

Falling in Love with my friends, they are all so beautiful in so many ways.

Falling in Love with all the beautiful men in my life that I shared an intimate relation with. Intimacy holds onto the heart forever.

Family; I don't have a very big family but we have the strongest bond and most honest relationship.

Losing myself over certain times in my life because only then was I able to go a little deeper and find myself once again. What grows inside of me...

Finding yoga, Bikram, meditation and most cherished, "spirituality" that dances with my heart.

Music. Finding art, finding my words once again to write. Finding dance again that makes my heart sing.

Heartbreak; because I truly believe it makes you deeply connected and centered with yourself. If you can realize sometimes it's happiness to let go.

My felines that have sauntered their way into my heart and where, forever they will remain.

Forgiveness, a quality I sometimes believe is my downfall beause I forgive so easily which can be painful later. But without this, are we able to even move on.

Friends and Laughter, a combo that's dangerous for many happy memories!

The Moon, the Stars, the Ocean; I'm so wrapped up in you.

Me...because the only one that can center and find a true love for oneself (at all times) is, yourself.

Sea Traveler

Moonlight pirouettes upon the great sea.
There is a sacred dance,
off ebb and flow;
a rhythm.
Vitality, divine
as the salty kisses he gives,
a dancers delight;
marks new life.
Below that vast sea,
across coral that reaches infinity,
thrives another world;
where energy emanates across millions
of volcanic force;
evolved over a lifetime.
You, intoxicate me
with your world.

A wonder, you are
of magnificent life.
Two separate universes inhabit one world.
A dance with the pale blue moon;
a reflection
that lights the way below,
is a reflection, dancing in my heart.
Into vast sea,
two worlds collide
within each other.
Two creations of life intertwine in harmony,
shaping and forming life.

Into the Light

She stands to be still

within the darkest of hours.

By the light of the moon

she will find her way.

Song cues;

her body folds forward,

an opposing arch sets free emotion.

The orchestra plays

and slight tingles send her body out into the light;

captivating the eyes of her lovers.

Ivory chiffon trails behind her

like a soft dance,

resembling that of the moon light upon water.

She seduces, she captivates and a dream evolves

into destiny.

Jewels bestow her decadent breast

as she emerges into the light once more,

eyes locked full of beautiful darkness

she leaves a sense of mystery
and intrigue
in the fragrant air.

Floating across an abandoned floor

a shattered heart is left

 to stage right.

Center stage is a moon goddess;

mother of the sea tides

and lover of the ethereal,

she finds herself vulnerable

into the light once again. 

Like a butterfly emerging from its cocoon

she is breathless

nevertheless her exhalation is soft.

Her lovers take to heart

as a poetic dance is filtered 

through crimson, violet and golden hues;

a goddess in golden skin.

Feline-an she promenades across that stage

and illuminates the way to the moon.

Moth to candlelight;

her way is marked

resembling that of Egyptian markings

etched over ancient rocks many lifetimes ago.

This is the moment

that marks a manifestation;

a yearning, 

a passion, 

a fire that burns inside of her.

The moon light is glowing;

it illuminates her way once over again.

Two Felines

She meditates
on the porch perched,
resembling that of a Buddha.
As the Hummingbirds flutter about
she holds a graceful poise.

A desire dwells inside of her
that one day,
she can take flight over again.
As silently as falling snow
she daydreams;
of fleeting wildly
into the enchanted wilderness.

Wild feline set free;
she ascends the majestic tree
that she has watched years over
behind a gated fence,
she pounces on its prey
that knew nothing of the sort was to come.
She basks
in the glory of the sun
and explores
the far corners of the Earth;
she travels the world
that she naturally longs for.
Feline instincts held hostage;
that tamed feline
sits behind a fenced balcony.

She perches
on the porch
in Goddess form amidst a Gypsy soul.
Her breath is weightless
as the day sings
in harmony
and she reflects
behind a fenced balcony.

A heavy heart
weighs her down.
A devoted heart that loves for you
is a captive heart that aches.
An incessant struggle
consumes her heart strings;
Right from Passion,
Venus for Promise.
A heart
that dwells in captivity
exist to rest in captivity.

She longs
to feel the blue,
salty ocean and sunlit moments;
take flight
with her butterfly wings.
To enchant and affect
the only way she is sure of.
Take flight in your kiss
over and over again,
travel the world
that she once knew of.
Feline instincts held hostage;
that tamed feline
sits behind a fenced balcony.

Drift

She walks over the ocean floor,

As weightless waves crash

A broken shore.

Two wandering elements 

Dance a fine tune;

Once ruled
By the Cancerian Moon.

Tugging,

Heart strings of ebb & flow;

Amid rocky shores a tow.

Words, incessantly unspoken;

A fragile poise is shattered, 

Broken.

At first glance;

Beyond the horizon,

An imposing dance
By the silhouette of a Harlequin.

Oh, Harlequin; how he 

Bequeaths affirmations 

Of a charlatan.

Un-changing 

Tug of war;

She is left
On the dance floor.

Starry night;

Fallen stars,

Illuminate the ocean, 

Tonight.

Henceforth,

One degree North;

A fueled fire sends her

A {drift}.

Luminescent Crescent,

Her only gift; she lets go

Of all she needs to know.
Slippery, Twinkling Stars;

There is nothing
Left here to know.

started this poem on June 12th, had friends post a word on Facebook & picked the word {drift} & finally completed it today! Exactly one month! Weird! Also, a bit of a rhyming poem, out of my "ordinary"♥

Capturing Me Captive

I am affected by your kiss;
that which flows throughout my essence
favoring that of~
Painted Lady's fluttering in my belly.

It emanates into my fingertips;
a slight tingling in the midst
of delicate feathered kisses
tip`toeing around my skin.
A warm sensation radiates
and velvety lips collide
harmonizing that of~
Vast Sea dancing with its sandy shores

Your touch encompasses my curvature
and dancing butterflies
initiate their encore
into the crescent of my arch.
A secured kiss leaves fluttering wings
through and through my femininity.
Your lips warmed by tender passion
is termed by L ♥ V E,

a softness that is possessed by everything
is termed by L ♥ V E.

Across that vast sea

into the starlit sky

beyond the Moonlit Dreams`

forming promises into the midst of the Universe

Our {HeartBeats} as One

That night,

outside of your bedroom

the ocean set its waves.

In the moonlight,

for which we made love under 
many nights;

kindred devotion

affirmations were made

surpassing any pull

of the crescent.

Vows,

made to be kept hereafter.

Fragrance

of honeyed crisp aroma

infuses the air,

the sea surf

colliding the sandy shoreline

serenades the heavens

and a sweet whisper

echoes in my ear.

Your hand glides

into mine

and you declare;

"our hearts are beating as one".

That night,

under the moonlight;

the moonlight that cast its shadows

willingly upon our haven

bestowed remembrance inside my heart.

Memories were locked of promises;
promises made under the stars,

at that waterfall,

at that hidden beach

and in those moments of ecstasy.

Secrets unveiled;

a key, 

in the form of the crescent moon

is lost at sea.

Once untold anecdotes

radiate though a heart

that was once made from a wave.

Moonlit Dreams

She's a midsummer night's dream,
adorned in nothing apart from sand in her feet
and a fragrant silken scent of gardenia.
Her skin is sun kissed golden
from the sun of the Earth.
Gypsy jewels adorn her essence
and she dances in the moonlight
like a captivating dream.

Her breasts are fruitful,
with curves that intertwine
to a sweet sound which envelopes the air.
Lovers are at her door
billowing gifts to treasure;
one of a moonlit reflection of vast sea.
She dances for her suitors;
her feet wet from the Earth below
and her heart abundant in nature.

She dances to the harmony of drums
or is it the beat of his heart.
Rain drops fall
upon her moon face.
As he pulls her into him
a kiss of dreamy rapture envelopes her.
A haze of ethereal transforms her.
His lips delicate;
a kiss
is heavy and enduring
leaving her with butterflies fluttering
into the depth of her womanhood.
He calls her name~
Helena
demure,
she frees herself from uncertainty.

On a rustic wooden porch;
calico feline, Chloé curled up

under the gleam of the sun.

Floral aroma intensifies in the air.

She lies in the familiar hammock

and dreams begin to fall into her.

A lovers trio bound by possession,

she has found a home.

A home,
that dreams inside of her heart.

Drawn to a moonlit reflection of vast sea

she is pulled into the illusory.

Only to dance
with the brightest star

in the light of the moon

and from the depths of her heart,

she dances
as a seductive illusion.

My Secrets Lie

There’s a new boy in town;

his scent of salty sweetness

and eyes 
that of a vast sea

burns through the depths of my heart.

His touch is a soft memory,

fresh upon my skin 
like a hot summer day.

A kiss 
of fervor and rapture

enfolds a desire of profound yearning.

There’s sand in between my toes

and a light fragrance lies in the air

resembling that of plumeria heaven.

A moist heat radiates my skin

and a sense of vulnerability 
pushes through my soul.

Tugging at my heart strings.

He rides on a set of waves.

Our hearts meld into one;

not through a simplistic touch

yet through the eyes of two souls.

Separated once;

two souls found each other

through the stars,
through the pull of the moon
and that vast sea.

Two lost souls;

bound by dancing lights
broken apart

and love was lost at sea.
